US Patent 11107588B2 - Methods & Systems of Prioritizing Treatments / Vaccination. It is some scary tech... One of the references sites "Intelligent Human Computer Systems for Crisis Response Management" & in the last 4-5 pages gives locations and trial start dates for the vaccines they are already using this technology and of course MRNA is on the list as well as the flu vaccine and many others...
Kurzweil et al think think their wrestling with angels is the same as creating god. Note to self: it is not even close.
