For whatever reason, I’ve always had itchy feet. The past few months have seen me roaming from Washington, DC to Miami, Fla., then up to New York City and down to Lynchburg, Va. I’ve hobnobbed with tabloid writers and right-wing intellectuals. I’ve broken bread with pious families and drained bottles with podcasting quasi-borgs.

Aside from these brief excursions, though, I’ve mostly been holed up in one bunker or another, gradually digitizing my soul in a whirlwind of online interviews, staring into the beady black eye and speaking into the mic. I can’t wait to get out on the road again.

If you’re free, come out and have a laugh! Have a cry! Toss a tomato or two (not at me). I look forward to meeting you, in the flesh.

It’s been a long, long while, but my posts here at Singularity Weekly will resume next week. What can I say? 400 pages exhausted my word bank for a spell, as has the camera.
